Healing balm for hands: an easy recipe for every day

In the cold season, our skin needs special protection. We offer you an effective recipe for making homemade oil-based honey balm. Its nourishing and healing properties will help preserve the beauty and health of your skin on cold days.

Ingredients for Balm:

• Coconut oil – 1/4 cup,
• Almond oil – 1/4 cup,
• Olive oil – 1/4 cup,
• Beeswax - 5 tbsp. spoon,
• Shea oil – 1 tbsp. spoon,
• Natural honey - 1-1/2 tbsp. spoons,
• Lavender or vanilla essential oil – 15 drops (of your choice),
• Jar of 250 ml with a tight lid - 1 pc.

Preparation:

1. Pour the coconut, olive and almond oils into a microwave safe bowl, add the shea butter and beeswax.
2. Melt the ingredients in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring occasionally.
3. Mix honey with essential oil.
4. Pour the resulting mixture into a jar with oils and wax, add honey essence, mix well and leave to harden.
5. Use a balm if necessary.
6. Store it in a dark and cold place, no longer than 6-12 months.
